Junior Proposal and Budget Coordinator
About the Role

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Proposal & Budget Coordinator to join our Proposal Team.

In this role, you will support the preparation of proposals, budgets, and commercial documentation while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in business operations, proposal management, and clinical research services.

 

Our requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with numerical data and spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
  • Previous administrative, coordination, or proposal support experience.
  • Internship experience within healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or professional services.
  • Exposure to budgeting, commercial documentation, or client-facing processes.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
