Team Leader with German and English

(Gdańsk Hybrid or Remote)

 

Your tasks will involve: 
  • Leading, managing, overseeing and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents;
  • Ensuring the Team fulfills KPI’s set by clients;  
  • Facilitating clear and efficient communications;
  • Rewarding Agents for best results;
  • Participating in the recruitment and induction processes.
This job is for you if: 
  • You are looking to work in hybrid mode or entirely from home (area of Poland only);
  • You have fluent command of spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2) (Both); 
  • You can effectively manage a team, offer constructive feedback, oversee processes and growth (at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment);
  • You have excellent manners and high personal standards;  
  • You are motivated and growth oriented;
  • You are no stranger to MS Office software;  
  • You think logically, and are good at problem-solving and introducing improvement solutions;
