Praca w Gdańsku i okolicach: Senior Test Automation Engineer

Salary: B2B up to 800 zł net + VAT/MD or UoP up to 12 300 zł gross/mth.

Gdynia, currently 100% remote

• Test cases and test scenarios preparation based on provided business and IT specification both (documents and Jira tasks).
• Bugs registration in dedicated tools ( Jira and q-test). 
• Analyzing logs. 
• Analyzing business and IT specification and commenting it. 
• Cooperation with team members on refining tasks, planning activities, analyzing solution to registered bugs or new requirements. 
• Preparing test documentation (test plans and reports).
• Supporting others in analyzing new requirements if necessary (architect, analysts, product owner). 
• Working with others on refining tasks which are then going to be developed. 
• Taking part in agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, refinements, sprint planning, review retro, PI plannings etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that the following activities are conducted in an efficient and well documented way: test planning, test analysis and design, test execution.

• Fluent English
• General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level.
• Thorough knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience on test tools and test management tools.
• Agile/SCRUM and SAFe methodology/framework knowledge and experience.
• Analytical mindset, open mindedness, patience, accuracy, conscientiousness, ability to work under time pressure.

• Experience with DB2, Mainframe, XML, backend applications will be an asset.
• Background in finance industry and especially cash management, settlements and payments will be an asset.
• Web application experience will be a nice to have.
