We seek open-minded individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are eager to develop. While some of the responsibilities may resemble those of a sales manager, the key aspects of your role differs. An M3Cargo manager is a frontman, taking on the entire process for back office, including logistics and brokers. The M3Cargo representative is freed from the office, internal bureaucracy, and unnecessary control. They become a self-sufficient part of the international company, essentially conducting business within it.

M3Cargo is a leader in the procurement, delivery, and customs clearance of goods from China to Europe.
Since 2011, we have been transporting around 10 consolidated containers by sea each month. To date, we have successfully fulfilled over 15,000 orders.
We provide clients with a complete range of services — a "turnkey" solution. During the agreement, we become a partner for the client; their success equals our success. Clients return to us because we care about the outcome of their orders.
We help small and medium-sized businesses reach a new level of development by optimizing import costs. Our managers grow along with our clients.

Sales manager

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the market of clients and competitors.
  • Conduct negotiations and sign contracts.
  • Control the transaction flow from order acceptance to cargo delivery.
  • Develop relationships with the client, transitioning them from "new" to "regular" and "key" status.
Who we are looking for:
  • An individual ready to take responsibility, build their own team, and work towards results.
  • Someone with a burning desire to do something that genuinely contributes.
  • A person open to new experiences and victories in the international market.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (at least B level).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to organize oneself and the workflow.
  • Experience in "cold calling."
What we offer:
  • Remote work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 (9:00) to 17:00 (18:00) with a 1-hour break. You can choose the best time for work, typically from 9 am to 6 pm based on our experience.
  • Starting salary from €2000, with no upper limit. The final amount depends only on your efforts.
