What you will do: 

As a Research Analyst you will be responsible for conducting internet research based on provided databases, keywords, and using appropriate methods and tools. You will present findings to the committee during weekly client meetings, compile reports, update internal data systems, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all research efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth internet research using specified databases and methodologies, and present results to clients and the committee in weekly sessions.
  • Compile, update, and report research findings in the internal system while collecting and analyzing data for actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis and ensure collaboration through MS Cloud Products and Services.
  • Proactively communicate issues or concerns to the Team Lead or clients, maintaining high compliance with KPIs for accuracy and quality.
  • Uphold strong language, analytical, and research skills throughout the process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in working within research-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in English and native, or near- native level of Italian.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office suite, experience with MS Cloud Products and Services.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
