To strengthen support for our farmer owners, we set up a dedicated team in Gdansk over three years ago. In this role, you ensure accurate monthly payments to over 8,500 farmers in seven European countries, while driving process improvements and project management as part of our global operations team.
How you will make an impactIn this role, you will contribute to the smooth and accurate handling of milk settlement processes, ensuring high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders. By supporting key operational activities and actively participating in process improvement projects, you will help us deliver the best possible service and drive value for our farmers and partners.
- Prepare and execute milk settlements, including payments, invoicing, and financial arrangements.
- Maintain master data, keep documentation and knowledge base up to date, and participate in relevant IT projects within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to align processes and achieve project goals.
- Take ownership of process improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide quality, accurate, and timely support to farmers’ inquiries and maintain strong relationships and trust.

- Proficiency in English (min. B2) and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in process improvement, system implementation, or project management (experience with Agile frameworks is highly valued).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks effectively
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or IT projects (migration, data integration, or system implementation) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools and additional European languages (Danish, Swedish, German, Dutch, French) are nice to have.
