The key responsibility of the Learning Support Agent is to support and resolve cohort queries via Voice, chat and email.
- Knowledge of Spanish language on at least C1 level and English on at least B2 level,
- Graduate (min.BA Degree),
- Availability to work from the office in Gdańsk,
- Nice to have: 1 year experience - preferably in technology support in Voice, chat and email support,
- Good communication skills,
- Project / Training coordination exposure,
- Ability to work in a diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and being an effective communicator.
