Working hours: 9am-5pm
Learning Program Manager will help customers plan and execute Cloud Learning Plan, providing them with best practice advice, scheduling training and reporting on training consumption. They proactively manage a customers’ training investment through regular meetings and quarterly reviews.
- Act as a Single point of escalation for customer queries.
- Take the learners’ through their learning journey and provide periodic support and feedback on key learner’s issues.
- Provide operational support such as responding to internal/external queries related to training schedules, course registrations etc.
- Provide periodic report on Queries and issue using spreadsheets.
