HR Shared Service Administrator
  • Be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration service about 1,800 employed persons (employment contracts, civil contracts)
  • Deal with staff-related matters (preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions)
  • Manage all the administration related activities during the employee’s life-cycle (keeping personal files)
  • Manage the on boarding and welcoming new employee to the organization (140 people monthly)
  • Manage all types of employee absences, including sick leaves and absences related to parental rights
  • Take care of occupational medicine examinations and OHS trainings
  • Provide daily support to associates and Managers in terms of HRSS processes
  • Support HR Manager in the field of personnel administration management
Your profile:
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in HR and same field of area
  • Higher education
  • Good command of English, excellent communication skills
  • Basic practical knowledge of current labour law and personnel administration processes
  • Basic practical knowledge of provisions regarding working time
  • Basic understanding of social security and tax regulations issues
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel
  • Analytical skills
  • Openness to look for improvements and optimization within your area of responsibility
