Voice process specialist are responsible for high quality and timely execution of financial operations, executing client inquiries, initiating process and quality improvements, leading internal projects, ensuring knowledge transfer.
- Work with P&C Insurance policy administration (create/terminate/update private and commercial customers’ insurance policies),
- Manage requests received from customers or colleagues via e-mail or internal systems in a timely manner,
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from other insurance companies when needed in case of policy terminations,
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated,
- Provide reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work,
- Proactively identify and solve issues in the system,
- Review that Customers’ / Insurers’ documents are compliant to existing procedures coordinated with team leader and client.
